Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using magizhcreation.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept Razorpay, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, UPI, Visa, and Mastercard. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Custom personalized items cannot be returned unless defective. Refunds are not applicable once the design/artwork preview has been approved and production has begun. See our 7 Days Replacement Warranty below for full details.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled prior to approving the design/artwork preview. Once the preview is approved and production begins, cancellation and refund are not possible. Eligible cancellations are refunded within 7 business days.

Detailed Terms & Conditions

1. Service Description

Magizh Creation is an online store based in Thirumanur, Ariyalur, Tamil Nadu, that specializes in creating personalized photo frames, custom gifts, and home décor items made from your photographs.

We offer a wide range of products including but not limited to: custom photo frames, LED photo lamps, personalized wall clocks, photo cushions, custom mugs, keychains, photo albums, and other personalized gift items.

2. Order Process & Customization

All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Custom orders require additional processing time and may not be available for rush delivery.

  • Custom designs require your approval before production begins
  • Changes to custom orders may incur additional fees
  • Production begins only after final approval and payment confirmation
  • Express/rush orders, where available, are subject to product availability and additional charges

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Customisation charges, if applicable, are communicated to you before order confirmation
  • Shipping is FREE across Tamil Nadu on orders above ₹1000; for orders below ₹1000 within Tamil Nadu, and for orders to other states, charges are calculated based on delivery location and package weight
  • Payment must be completed before order processing begins

4. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ship all orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability.

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Express delivery: 2-3 business days
  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners including DTDC, Speed Post, and others
  • Tracking details are shared with you once your order is shipped

5. Returns & Refunds — 7 Days Replacement Warranty

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we don’t accept general returns. Instead, we provide a 7 Days Replacement Warranty on customized gifts to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligible for Replacement A replacement request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery and will be accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • You received a wrong product or incorrect size
  • There is a printing or manufacturing defect
  • For products where preview approval is applicable, the final product does not match the approved preview

Not Eligible for Replacement Replacement will not be provided if:

  • The customer uploaded the wrong photo, text, or design
  • The issue is related to design choice or personal preference
  • There is minor colour variation due to screen/display differences
  • Damage occurred after delivery or due to mishandling
  • The request is raised after 7 days from delivery

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share clear photos and an unboxing video

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7 business days. Refunds are not applicable once the design/artwork preview has been approved and production has begun.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before approving the design/artwork preview. Please note the following conditions:

  • Orders can be canceled only before the design/artwork preview is approved
  • Once the preview is approved and production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded
  • For eligible cancellations, the full amount will be refunded within 7 business days
  • If you face issues with cancellation, please reach out to our support team with your Order ID

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Personal photos and information are used solely for order fulfillment
  • We will not display or use your photos publicly without your consent
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties
  • You may request deletion of your personal data at any time

8. Limitation of Liability

Magizh Creation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ariyalur, Tamil Nadu.
