magizhcreation is a creative service rendering portal which helps its users modify their already existing images into an art form of their choice from the options of services displayed on our webpage.

How will Magizhcreation modify my pictures?

With a team of professional artists and designers on board, magizhcreation uses the best of manual creativity and software expertise to modify your pictures flawlessly.

Are the paintings hand-drawn?

Yes, But there is no use of real paints and colours. Making the best use of digitalization, our artists use a tablet screen and a stylus pen to make the drawings, making them as good as hand-drawn paintings yet void of paint and brush hassle.

Can the editing be personalized to my choice?

Yes, At magizhcreation, we take your custom instruction and would work it out just in your way. You can instruct all the details to us with the Custom Instruction/Quotation feature.

Can I add-in a person to my picture?

Yes, you can do that. You can give us the picture of the person who you would like to have as a part of your picture. We will do the rest and seamlessly add them in.

Can I remove a person that I do not want in the picture?

Oh yes, you could instruct us of all that you do not want in the picture – and that includes objects and people.

Do you make an artwork out of a group picture, too?

Yes, we do – as long as the number of characters goes well with the size of the artwork you choose. Making an artwork of smaller size but more number of people in it would just make it clumsier so we advise you to get a bigger size for crowded pictures.

What should the format of the photographs be?

The file format of TIFF is usually best for us, but we can also use high quality JPEG or JPG, PNG, PSD, PDF file images.

Are there any resolution restrictions?

Yes, We require your images to be in a minimum size of 700KB. The higher the resolution, the better your artwork would turn out to be. A minimum dimension of 800 X 800 – 150 dpi (dots per inch) would be recommended.

We require all photos to be clear enough so that our artists can zoom in on the finer details of the face, particularly the eyes, nose and mouth.

If you are scanning a hard copy of a photo, be sure that your scanner’s settings are set at the highest quality/resolution possible.

Is the price of a service standard or does it change?

The price of a service depends on the size of the artwork you choose. The bigger the size, the more effort it requires to bring out the best.

Do you even frame the artworks?

Upon your request, a framing option is available for canvas art. For other services, framing is not yet made available yet but we will have it soon.

Does magizhcreation ship the artwork to my place?

We ship all over India.

Returns/Refunds/Cancellation

Do you accept returns?

We ensure 100% customer satisfaction for our work. We also make sure you let us know of your dissatisfaction while you review your product before it ships. By doing this, we don’t often get return requests. But in case of damaged products, we do accept returns. For this, we would ask you to choose between a replacement and a refund.

What if I had placed the order but I later want to cancel it?

You can cancel an order as long as our artists haven’t started working on it. We issue a complete refund in such cases.

Privacy

Does magizhcreation save my personal information?

magizhcreation saves basic user data such as name, contact details and e-mail address. This is done in order to maintain the customer database and provide superior service to every customer.

Will you upload my pictures on your website or other platforms?

We would love to show our work off. But we wouldn’t upload your pictures without your consent. If you do not wish to have your pictures displayed, you can instruct us of it while uploading your pictures. If you agree to let us display your picture, we would use them on our website and also on our social media handles to feature our services to customers like you.
